Booking Experience Case Study

MySitter is a company that provides on-demand baby sitting services, where customers can book nannies and babysitters to take care of their kids for the night or when they go on vacation.

 

In this case study, I designed an MVP mobile experience for parents with the goal of reducing customer support tickets for the MySitter customer care team.

Overview

MySitter is a company that provides on-demand baby sitting services, where customers can book nannies and babysitters to take care of their kids for the night or when they go on vacation.

 

Customers are most anxious about an hour or so before the booking, which manifests in the form of many support tickets.

 

In this exploratory project, I was tasked with developing a mobile interface that would provide the necessary reassurance and support through the UI/UX to reduce customer angst from an hour leading up to the booking through the full duration.
